In a post shared on X, the Minister stated that spreading false information and insulting national leaders is not a legitimate way to engage in politics or seek opportunities abroad. He strongly condemned the language used by Bad Rama, describing it as inappropriate and unacceptable.
During the live broadcast, which attracted more than 1,000 viewers, Bad Rama criticized Rwanda’s leadership and made offensive comments directed at President Paul Kagame and the ruling party, FPR Inkotanyi.
Minister Utumatwishima urged citizens to denounce such behavior, warning that “government accountability is not far,” suggesting that relevant authorities could take action in the near future.
